At portfolios.id, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. This refund policy outlines the conditions and limitations under which refunds may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available to official members who have registered and subscribed directly through the main site www.portfolios.id.

Refunds DO NOT apply to:

  • Users accessing services through any subdomain under portfolios.id (e.g., yourname.portfolios.id).

  • Users using their own custom domains or subdomains.

  • Any kind of servicesappointments, or digital products offered via your own domain or subdomain.

  • Customers or users registered through your custom domain or subdomain (other than www.portfolios.id).

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds can only be requested by users with an active paid account registered directly on www.portfolios.id.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.

  • Refunds apply only to new subscriptions (not renewals).

  • No refunds will be issued for monthly or yearly subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund in cases of misuseviolation of our terms of service, or unusual usage patterns.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@portfolios.id with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for registration

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with the status of your application.

The refund process may take up to 14 business days.

4. Additional Terms

  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of portfolios.id.
