3. Subscription & Payment Policy
We offer Free, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Please use the Free plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major online payment methods, including:

E-wallets
Bank transfers
QRIS and local payment gateways
5. Subdomain & Custom Domain Policy
Monthly and Yearly subscribers can use a subdomain under portfolios.id (e.g., yourname.portfolios.id).
Subdomain names are provided based on availability and must not contain offensive or trademarked terms.
Custom domains are supported for Monthly and Yearly plans. Users must:
Purchase and manage their domain independently
Provide the correct DNS records for configuration PORTFOLIOS.ID will assist with domain setup upon request
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any reason once a payment is processed.
If you experience issues with our service, contact support and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Account & Content Management
You maintain full ownership of the content you upload.
PORTFOLIOS.ID reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach community guidelines or legal standards.
Inactive free accounts may be removed after a prolonged period of inactivity (with prior notice).
8. Support
Yearly subscribers receive priority response times.
